EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE.

THE KCK BUILDERS DIFFERENCE.

WE HAVE PROUDLY WORKED WITH…

WHO WE ARE

Kawika, the founder of KCK, was born and raised on Big Island, Hawaii. Kawika joined the US Air Force as part of the Civil Engineering Unit and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and again for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Over the last 15-plus years, Kawika has worked for some very large general contractors (over $1 billion a year) as a project engineer and project manager designing and renovating Hospitals, Prisons, and Retail Stores, to name a few. Working with some great superintendents, Kawika got hands-on experience trenching and pouring footings in the Caribbean Islands, installing CMU walls and wood trusses in Georgia, windows and steel installation in Ohio, and years of high-rise construction in Hawaii. After working for many other companies, Kawika started KCK in 2019.

WHAT WE DO

KCK has renovated office/lab areas for the National Institute of Standards and Technology, installed ballistic assemblies for the NSA, performed building repairs for the Forestry division, replaced large hangar doors for the US Coast Guard, and renovated building entry for US Pacific Command. KCK is a prime contractor or subcontractor to perform the trades of steel, ballistic assemblies, specialty doors, architectural metals/mesh, painting, and overhead doors.
